OUR CINCINNATI OFFICE

Your injury deserves more than an insurance company’s first answer.

Medical bills, lost work and the daily consequences of an injury deserve a serious response. We investigate responsibility, identify insurance coverage and document how the injury changed your life.

Bring the information you have. You do not need a finished file to call us. We can discuss the next steps and identify the records that may strengthen your claim.

01Tell us what happened and what has changed
02We identify evidence, insurance and responsible parties
03We pursue the claim supported by your facts

ON THE GROUND IN CINCINNATI

The location matters. So do the records.

Cincinnati claims can involve a downtown intersection, a neighborhood crossing, a freeway ramp or a business entrance. Cincinnati Police records, the city’s Vision Zero resources and highway conditions provide different pieces of the picture. We connect those records to the particular injury.

01DOWNTOWN

Fifth Street and the city core

Our East Fifth Street office is a local starting point for an injury claim. For a downtown incident, we identify the specific block, nearby businesses and potential witnesses before records become harder to find.

02NEIGHBORHOOD CROSSINGS

Pedestrian and bicycle evidence

Cincinnati’s Vision Zero program publishes safety-project and crash-data resources. Those records can provide context; a claim still depends on the crossing, traffic controls and evidence from the actual incident.

03HIGHWAY CONNECTIONS

Road conditions at the time

A freeway collision requires the correct location, direction of travel and ramp. State traffic information is a useful starting point for understanding construction and travel conditions.

CINCINNATI QUESTIONS

Straight answers before your next step.

Where is the Cincinnati office?

Buckeye Law Group’s Cincinnati office is at 201 East Fifth Street, Suite 1910, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Call to arrange your consultation.

Where do I get a Cincinnati crash report?

Start with the investigating agency. Cincinnati Police publishes a records-request process for accident reports. For a State Patrol investigation, use the agency’s records process or Ohio’s crash-report search.

What if a crash involved travel across the Ohio River?

Tell us where the collision happened and where the drivers and vehicles were based. Crossing a state line can affect which laws, courts and insurance provisions apply. We review those issues before giving advice about your claim.

How long do I have to bring an injury claim?

Many Ohio bodily-injury claims have a two-year filing period under Ohio Revised Code § 2305.10. Medical claims, wrongful death and other circumstances can involve different rules. Contact an attorney promptly to identify the deadlines for your claim.

How our fees work

Your initial consultation is free. If we accept your case, we explain our attorney fee and how case expenses are handled in the written agreement before you sign.
