Educationally fortified with a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership-Business Administration from Malone University, Alyssa's academic background is as rich as it is relevant. This foundation has enabled her to excel in various roles, including spearheading HR departments that have successfully cultivated safe, welcoming and productive workplace environments.

Alyssa's tenure in human resources is marked by her hands-on approach to ensuring compliance with company policies and ethics. She is adept in navigating the complex landscape of HR in the legal sector and provides invaluable guidance and counseling to both leadership and staff.
