Human Resources Manager

Anjali Ruf is the Human Resources Manager at the Buckeye Law Group Inc. As such, handles the day-to-day operations, which included talent management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and benefits administration.

Mrs. Ruf received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, with a minor in Business Administration, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She then went on to receive her Master of Business Administration, also from Florida Atlantic University, while working full-time. She spent 11 years with a neurosurgery practice, working her way from the front desk to Operational Practice Manager. It was there where she worked closely with personal injury attorneys and decided to make the switch to the legal sector.

In June 2017, she began working in a Personal Injury Law firm in the Human Resources Department. Then in January 2023, Anjali joined The Buckeye Law Group as the Human Resources Manager. Anjali is actively involved in her community, spending the last 10 years volunteering at the Feeding the Hungry food pantry. She is also an event volunteer for the annual Brain Cancer Walk.

An avid world traveler, she has already been to India, Australia, Spain, Bangkok, Bali, Indonesia, Brazil, St. Maarten – St. Martin, St. Thomas, Mexico, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica and plans to visit more countries in the future. Anjali is a Florida native and resides with her husband and three children in Central Florida.
