Brogan Burns is a passionate and client-focused attorney who brings over five years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Based in Akron, Ohio, Brogan has built his legal career on advocating for individuals and families facing some of the most difficult times in their lives. Whether navigating a complex insurance claim or preparing for trial, he approaches every case with diligence, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to justice.

A proud native of Akron, Brogan earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Akron. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and went on to earn his J.D. cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. During law school, Brogan distinguished himself by earning a Certificate in Litigation and Business Law, and was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Drafting, a reflection of his strong writing and analytical skills.

Brogan was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2024 and is also eligible for admission in all UBE jurisdictions, expanding his ability to serve clients across the country. He is an active member of the Akron Bar Association, where he continues to stay connected to the local legal community and the evolving landscape of personal injury law.

His legal philosophy is simple: listen carefully, act strategically, and always put the client first. Brogan understands that no two cases—or clients—are the same. He takes the time to get to know the people he represents, guiding them through the legal process with clear communication and a focus on results.

Outside of his legal practice, Brogan is committed to giving back. He volunteers with The Salvation Army, where he supports initiatives that provide food, shelter, and services to individuals in need throughout the Akron area.

When he’s not in the office or volunteering, Brogan enjoys staying active and creative. He’s an avid boxer, enthusiastic home cook, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking Ohio’s trails. He also plays the guitar, finding it a rewarding way to unwind and express himself.
