Since 2001, Eric has handled thousands of personal injury cases. He was former guest lawyer on the ‘Ask an Attorney Live’ call-in show, which broadcasts weekly on a Spanish-speaking radio station. In addition, Eric is an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Eric received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida. He completed his J.D. at the University of Miami where he served as a judicial clerk in the Miami Circuit Court and an interned at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. Following law school, he briefly practiced Sports Law as an associate for a renowned sports agency.
