Meghan B. McDaniel is a Litigation Attorney in our Columbus office. Her primary focus is on personal injury litigation, representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. She handles all stages of litigation, including client communication, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and depositions, negotiating settlements, and appearing at court hearings.

Meghan earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was awarded the Eminence Scholarship, a full-tuition merit award. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Ohio University, graduating with honors and academic distinction.

Before becoming an associate attorney, Meghan gained hands-on legal experience through internships and law firm roles, building a strong foundation in case development and trial preparation. She is committed to advocating for injured clients and guiding them through the legal process with skill, diligence, and compassion.
