Tim Puin is a litigation attorney based in Buckeye Law Group’s Akron office. A native of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Tim brings a strong academic background and a deep commitment to client advocacy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Case Western Reserve University, and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University.

Tim is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and before the United States Supreme Court. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association.
With a focus on litigation, Tim has successfully served as first chair in jury trials and has helped clients reach fair and reasonable settlements in courts throughout Ohio. His legal strengths include litigation strategy, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and mediation.
